Hi,
wow - since I found this podcast, I update my podcast list every day, hopping that there's a new episode. The last one was very informative.
As a European (I'm Swiss) is it sometimes strange, what you're talking about. When you talked about bred in the last episode, you mentioned, that there's a rising number of stores, where you can buy good bred. I was wondering about that, because good and fresh bred is the easiest thing to get where I live. Imagine - Its easier to get fresh bred then a BigMac!
When I was thinking about that an Idea came into my head: Would the world be interested in a episode like: Europe - A Special Report. I'd be a pleasure for me, to produce something like that with you. Please send me an e-mail if you're interested.
Keep on riding :)

Benedikt,
I live in the UK. Good bread ( not the highly processed rubbish ) is easy to get hold of, alas too many people still go for the Big Mac option. :-(
SingleTrackWorld do a UK-centric podcast every now and again... Not European, but close.

I agree with ZeroYen. I can get biking news online, but tips are hard to find.
I also really loved the nutrition section. It's made me re-consider some of my eating habits...
Keep up the great work!

The Bike Tour is a non-competitive event. There will be no official times given to participants. A timing clock will be near the finish line to show elapsed time. Participants must finish the 25-mile course in 1 hour 45 minutes while maintaining an average speed of 15 mph. A maximum speed of 30 mph has been established by the Salt Lake City Police Department.
